As a Senior Mechanical Design Team Lead at ASML, you will be responsible for leading a team of mechanical designers in a project setting. The team will specify, design, and test main frame constructions and service mechanisms within the restrictions imposed by technical specifications, costs, and planning.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate team activities to realize hardware deliverables according to the project plan.
- Solve problems based on deep and broad content knowledge.
- Manage risks and customer requirements.
- Develop individual team members.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a development and engineering organization, with at least 3 years of experience in leading design teams.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The Mechanical Development team at ASML is responsible for designing, building, and testing mechanical systems and sub-systems. The team works on multidisciplinary projects and requires strong collaboration and communication skills.
As a Senior Mechanical Design Team Lead, you will report to the Group Leader Mechanical Constructions and be part of a dynamic and innovative team.
