Job Title: Chief of Staff - Data Office

The Chief of Staff - Data Office will serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Data Officer, providing operational support and facilitating key initiatives within the Data Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Chief Data Officer in defining and implementing the Data Office strategy, governance, and operating model.
  • Drive ad-hoc transversal initiatives and projects within the Data Office and across ASML.
  • Build key presentations and communication materials for the Data Office.
  • Support the Data Office staff in overarching processes such as target annual planning, long-term planning, talent management, and team goals.
  • Backfill Data Office staff representation when necessary and provide ad-hoc support in the deployment of initiatives at sub-department level.
  • Contribute to securing alignment among parties and develop strong partnership relationships with stakeholders across ASML.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with a complex stakeholder landscape involving senior management.
  • Experience driving and supporting processes and projects in a corporation.
  • Preferably an extensive network within ASML.
  • University degree (MSc) + more than 7-10 years of relevant working experience.
Skills:
  • A growth and serving mindset, with the ability to learn fast and be people and value driven.
  • An all-round profile: proactive, curious, energetic, analytical, strategic, and a good listener.
  • A networker, able to coordinate alignment between high-level stakeholders.
