We’re seeking a skilled HR administrator to provide support to the Senior HR Manager at Page Personnel. This role involves handling HR tasks, employee records, benefits administration, and occasional support for HR functions across other European countries.

This is a 3-6 months + potential extension for an indefinite term role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support on all HR-related activities.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, contract management, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Manage sick leave processes and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Handle requests from colleagues for official HR documents.
  • Assist with payroll processing and coordinate with relevant departments.
  • Handle employee queries on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Manage employee benefits administration, including healthcare and pensions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve HR-related issues and improve processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch or English
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
