As an IT Integrator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration between IT and business stakeholders, aligning roadmaps between squads, and managing dependencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive delivery by planning, reporting, and coordinating with teams
  • Turn strategic ambitions into actionable roadmaps and enable squads to refine features into concrete user stories
  • IDentify and manage risks, offer improvements across teams, and clarify definition of done with Product Leads
  • Set up governance and reporting structures to steer progress of multiple stakeholders and teams

We are looking for someone with a strong delivery drive, analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience in agile project management. You should have a master's degree in IT or equivalent experience and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of €83,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will receive:

  • A 24-27 vacation day package, depending on your contract
  • A pension scheme
  • A 13th month salary
  • An Individual Savings Contribution (BIS) of 3.5% of your gross annual salary
  • An 8% Holiday payment
