Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scrum Master to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. as a trusted partner to the senior Agile Coach.

Your primary responsibility will be to establish Scrum as defined in the Scrum Guide, promoting an understanding of Scrum theory and practice within the Scrum Team and the organization.

You will be accountable for the effectiveness of the Scrum Team by enabling them to continuously improve their practices within the Scrum framework.

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will demonstrate true leadership by serving both the Scrum Team and the larger organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing Scrum as defined in the Scrum Guide
  • Enabling the Scrum Team to continuously improve their practices
  • Demonstrating leadership and expertise to drive the success of the teams and the organization
  • Facilitating and delivering inspiring workshops and training courses
  • Encouraging intrinsic motivation skills to help teams take the next steps in their Agile growth
  • Cultivating an improvement culture that allows teams to develop in terms of quality, effectiveness, and job satisfaction

Requirements

  • 20-30 hours availability per week
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, with a preference for those who have experience in Agile within a technical area
  • Relevant Agile certificates such as PSMI, PSMII, and PSPO I
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Experience working with value streams and complex organizations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly analytical

  • Hands-on approach to achieving goals
  • Fluent English skills
