Overview

Redcare Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sustainability Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our sustainability initiatives and ensuring we maintain the highest standards of corporate responsibility.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in sustainability and project management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective sustainability strategies, as well as experience working with stakeholders to drive positive change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement double materiality assessments, integrating stakeholder perspectives and enhancing data-driven evaluations.
  • Collaborate with departments to develop and refine sustainability targets, policies, and actions.
  • Oversight of sustainability statements integrated in annual reports, managing internal review and approval processes, and coordination with auditors.
  • Manage sustainability goals across departments by preparing top management presentations and creating dashboards.
  • Drive process innovation and development through collaboration with other departments, support change initiatives, and provide expert advice on opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sustainability roles, ideally from established sustainability departments or consulting, with a strong understanding of corporate structures and processes.
  • Strong project management and change management skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with diverse stakeholders on all levels.
  • Familiarity with reporting, audit requirements, and legal texts (e.g. CSRD).
  • Solution-oriented with strong initiative, entrepreneurial mindset, and comfort in dynamic environments.
What We Offer
  • An estimated salary range of €70,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on experience.
