About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Workforce Health Consultant to join our team at Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB Europe). As a key member of our advisory hub, you will play a crucial role in promoting and improving the health and wellbeing of employees for our clients across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective workforce health and wellbeing strategies to mitigate health risks and improve employee outcomes.
  • Raise awareness of our advisory capabilities across MMB Europe and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for a holistic approach to workforce health.
  • Analyze data and evaluate program effectiveness, preparing reports and proposals to inform business decisions.
  • Manage projects, conduct healthcare claims audits, and design health and wellbeing pathways to support our clients' needs.
  • Identify and develop new propositions, products, and services to enhance our offerings and stay ahead in the market.
