About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Portfolio Strategist to join our team at ASML Netherlands.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing the Long-Term Asset Maintenance Plan (LTAMP). You will define the asset maintenance project portfolio for next year, ensure funding, and drive the execution of approved asset maintenance projects in the running year. Additionally, you will manage the Request for Change process where functional/technical asset changes are evaluated and initiated, aligning with the LTAMP and/or Yearly Asset Maintenance Plan (YAMP).

You will also oversee the execution of surveys, condition assessments, insurance, risk assessments, and asset inventory management. Furthermore, you will manage the portfolio of studies originating from operational disturbances or incidents that require 3rd line support and proper investigation or study.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and update the Long Term Asset Maintenance Plan (LTAMP) plan, managing the LTAMP-process cycle, including relevant improvement projects.
  • Develop detailed Asset Maintenance Project Year Plan, translating the LTAMP into a more concrete and detailed project portfolio for the next year, defining funding requirements, and ensuring proper administration of project proposals and execution.
  • Oversee project execution, managing the portfolio of projects and activities related to the LTAMP and Y+1, ensuring alignment with relevant specialists and other stakeholders, driving execution and progress.
  • Manage the execution of surveys, condition assessments, insurance, risk assessments, and asset inventory management.
  • Manage the portfolio of studies originating from operational disturbances or incidents that require 3rd line support and proper investigation or study.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A completed bachelor or master degree in engineering, asset management, business administration, or equivalent.
  • At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in a similar complex industrial environment.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Experience as a project/program/portfolio manager (PM-BOK, etc.).
  • Social skills, including empathetic, listening, enthusing, creating room for innovation/creativity, coaching, and collaborating.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, dealing with senior and mid-level management, peers, teams, service providers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Strong results-oriented approach with a corresponding sense of responsibility; directs work and ensures accountability.
  • Excellent decision-making skills in fast-changing and complex environments, capable of dealing with uncertainties.
  • Fluent in spoken and written business English.

ASML offers a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
