Digital Transformation Marketing Specialist

CLEVR is seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves executing marketing campaigns and strategies in all of CLEVR's sales regions, increasing brand visibility, generating leads, and driving awareness.
About the Role
This position focuses on increasing brand presence and growth in Benelux, DACH, or the Nordics. You will work closely with the sales team to execute dynamic, region-specific campaigns and represent CLEVR at industry events, forming key partnerships and engaging directly with customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Help define the local marketing plan as part of the global plan and set KPIs for regular progress reporting.
- Plan and execute local demand generation activities based on the global marketing strategy and the local go-to-market plan.
- Execute locally on account-based-marketing campaigns in collaboration with sales teams.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners, collecting and analyzing feedback for future marketing strategies.
- Plan, organize, and attend regional sales and marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer/partner/employee events.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in business-to-business technology services for various industries.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and commercial acumen, with experience creating and executing targeted campaigns.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and proficiency with marketing technologies and tools, including marketing automation and data analysis platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, as well as proactive and entrepreneurial qualities.
