Our Identity and Access Management (IAM) portfolio has huge ambitions, particularly in the fast-growing category of Customer IAM. We were recognized by Gartner as a visionary in its Magic Quadrant and established a Global Acceleration Team to speed up the go-to-market of new IAM solutions.


Your Role


As a Sales Acceleration Manager, you will primarily develop a pipeline and close IAM deals for our newest and most complex offerings, working hand-in-hand with regional sales teams and partners in EMEA and APAC. This role is at the edge of our IAM strategy and builds a foundation for repeatable business.


Your Key Responsibilities



  • Work closely with sales, partners, and marketing to introduce new and complex IAM offerings to customers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for repeatable business growth.
  • Hands-on market development and representation of solutions at conferences, value-added partners, and enterprise customers.

Your Tasks



  • Create and manage a pipeline with opportunities and close deals with enterprise customers together with Regional Sales Managers and Directors in EMEA and APAC.
  • Represent Thales' IAM portfolio at conferences, value-added partners, and enterprise customers.
  • Contribute to the Acceleration team in developing and executing got-to-market strategies for our newest IAM solutions.
  • Coach and mentor colleagues to improve solution-selling skills and performance.
  • Maintain awareness of relevant products, competitors, and trends in the marketplace.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target accounts.
  • Provide regular reports on team and individual performance metrics to senior management.

About You


We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field and 5+ years of experience in IAM sales or business development, focusing on cloud security or digital transformation.


You should have a solid understanding of IAM concepts and the ability to articulate the value proposition of our CIAM solutions to prospects and customers. A proven track record of bringing new products to market and meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential.
