About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our sales trading team as a junior sales trader. As a junior sales trader, you will be responsible for:
- Proactively building client relationships through outreach and prospecting
- Communicating with clients to understand their business needs and identify trade opportunities
- Supporting the execution of trades and providing daily pricing and insights to market actors
- Monitoring markets and staying updated on financial news and developments
- Staying informed about the products being traded and current on new products and procedures
- Being responsible for achieving your own revenue target
- Promoting OTC Flow's services to increase the company's market share
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field
- Financial markets experience, ideally in a broker role
- Native-level proficiency in one of the following languages: German, Polish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, a commercial attitude, and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Dedication to achieving high targets early in your professional career
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment, proactive, resilient, and ambitious
