Job Summary
ASML is seeking a highly skilled Configuration Management Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining CM processes and tools, ensuring alignment with ASML's business demands and CM2 process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain CM processes and tools in line with ASML's business demands and CM2 process.
- Collaborate with business process architects and representatives to ensure clear and concise requirements.
- Identify and engage required sectors to contribute to process developments.
- Drive project teams to develop process solutions.
- Validate compliance of process solutions to CM architecture.
- Translate business and architectural requirements into detailed requirements for development teams.
- Perform impact analysis and prepare business cases for Change Board approval.
- Coordinate and support process development realization.
- Oversee testing and ensure acceptance from key-users.
- Support training and ensure embedding and monitoring of process solutions.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in business process development or improvement.
- Knowledge of Configuration Management theory, preferably CM2 certified.
- Experience with process audits or giving feedback on process adherence.
- Affinity with organization change management in complex organizations.
- Experience with stakeholder management on all levels.
- Experience with PLM and ERP systems in CM, Engineering, Production, and/or Materials management.

The Configuration Management team manages global configuration information, enabling ASML to achieve excellent delivery performance at minimum cost.
Position in the Organization
The CM-Expert reports to the Means & Methods manager Configuration Management within the DE Performance and Integration department.
