Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide essential support to our International Leadership Team. This role involves managing office functions, coordinating internal and external meetings, and supporting various events and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, oversee deliveries, and coordinate with facility services as needed.
- Manage the yearly calendar for the International Leadership Team and provide support for special projects and employee travel needs.
- Event and Marketing Support: Organize and support logistics for regional and international congresses, trade shows, and marketing events.
- Manage customer invitations, sponsor agreements, and post-event follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Mature and proactive attitude, combining strong team spirit with the ability to work independently.
- MBO+ level education or equivalent experience, preferably in a secretarial or personal assistant role.
- Experience in event coordination and working within an international (Bio) pharmaceutical environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (at least C1 level); additional languages are advantageous.
