Introduction

ASML is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Process Analyst Intern to join their Digital Communications team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency.

Your Assignment

As a Business Process Analyst Intern, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the identification, documentation, and assessment of internal operational processes in Digital Communications
  • Collaborating with process owners and subject matter experts to identify gaps, pain points, and risks
  • Collecting, documenting, and assessing business requirements in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Participating in project life cycle activities such as planning, scoping, solution design, implementation, and outcome assessment
Your Profile

To be a strong candidate for this internship, you should possess:

  • A bachelor or master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio for process modeling
  • A curious and motivated self-starter with a hands-on approach and problem-solving mindset
  • Solid analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with data
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
