Our EUV-BL D&E Business Optimization & Strategy (BOAS) team is responsible for supporting the D&E business line staff (NXE & EXE) in operational business optimization and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and improve business optimizations and/or strategic initiatives, focusing on specific domains/topics such as financial management, D&E way of working, and organizational effectiveness.
- Drive tangible results through strong focus on continuous improvements, contributing to one or more strategic initiatives within the EUV cluster.
- Proactively connect with stakeholders relevant to your domain/topic, anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple (senior) stakeholders.
- Effectively and transparently communicate with different audiences, conveying a clear understanding of unique needs.
- Collaborate with individuals and groups, building partnerships and working collaboratively to meet shared objectives.
- Plan and align your work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
- Contribute to the growth of our BOAS team, sharing learnings, insights, and building competences.
- Excellent communication skills, influencing without hierarchical power, and creative in managing a large and diverse range of stakeholders.

- Experience with implementation of change and improvement projects.
- Experience in an Agile/SAFe environment.
- Experience in leading a (project) team and individual people.
The role is positioned within ASML EUV-BL D&E Business Optimization & Strategy team (BOAS), with direct report to Menno Fien (BL-EXE-VP) and dotted line to Jan Freark Hoogkamp (BL-NXE-VP).
Other InformationThis is a full-time position (40 hours). Working part-time is negotiable as long as you're available for at least 32 hours.
