Job Title: HRIS Functional Application Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Functional Application Specialist to join our team at GXO Logistics, Inc. This is a challenging position that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage various HR systems, including Protime and Visma, for approximately 3,500 employees in the Netherlands and Belgium.
  • Identify the needs of management and HR colleagues, ask questions, and translate needs into automation solutions.
  • Lead HR (system) projects together with HR colleagues in recruitment & selection, time registration, talent development, and employment conditions.
  • Manage the various HR applications functionally, handling day-to-day management and further development of new functionalities.
  • Integrate improvements into HR work descriptions and processes within the department.
  • Support key users of the applications and answer support questions from employees throughout the organization.
Requirements:
  • HBO working and thinking level with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong skills in Excel and experience with Visma, Protime, PowerBI, and/or SD Worx.
  • Meticulous work ethic, performing well under pressure, and flexibility.
  • Perfect command of English and Dutch on at least level B1.
  • Basic knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
