The Role

We seek a highly skilled Global Retail Creative Strategist to join our team in Amsterdam.

This exciting opportunity will see you lead a team of designers in developing holistic windows, pop-ups, and showroom creative for our retail stores worldwide.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing seasonal concept strategies for windows, pop-ups, and showrooms across all divisions and channels;
  • Delivering seasonal window schemes for retail and wholesale stores globally;
  • Managing the design development and approval process of all concepts, including revisions;
  • Collaborating with regional teams on key deliverables, cultural/local requirements, and execution standards;
  • Participating in project planning and prioritization to ensure on-time delivery of deliverables and consistent creative output;

  • Supporting key window and showroom installations;

Your Background

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A related university degree + 5 years' work experience, preferably leading a creative design team;
  • A passion for global retail and design trends;
  • Experience partnering with a design/prop production agency;
  • Retail and wholesale interior experience;
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Autocad, SketchUp, and V-Ray rendering software;
  • Excellent knowledge of Outlook and Excel;
  • Ability to time manage responsibilities in accordance with deadlines;
  • Fluent English communication skills [written and spoken];

In return, we offer a competitive salary of €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
