Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme/Project Controller to join our team at HE Space in Noordwijk, the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assume responsibility for controlling and reporting all aspects of a busy Division, resolving issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Specifically, you will be responsible for technology, laboratories, TEC activities, manpower planning, travel budget planning, and reporting progress and end-of-year budget landing point predictions.
  • Contribute to a continuous process improvement, interfacing with line management, stakeholders, and dedicated Service Providers, following up on specific actions and performing analysis.

Requirements

  • Mandatory qualifications include a Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent, or an MBA or equivalent University degree from a recognized Institution of secondary studies, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration.
  • Previous experience/knowledge of the Agency activities would be a distinctive advantage.
  • Ability to readily assimilate and coordinate input data and provide timely output.
  • Reliability, rigor, and initiative in the execution of assigned tasks.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and reporting skills, together with a proactive attitude to solving problems and proficiency with IT tools.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
