Job Description

Nouvall Engineering Services B.V. is a leading provider of project support services for the (petro) chemical and maritime industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer Plans to join our team.


Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring compliance with Class, Statutory & Flag Regulations, and customer requirements.

• Create and manage technical specifications, system descriptions, and verification and validation documents.

• Conduct engineering activities in 2D/3D, including design and development of statutory plans and arrangements.

• Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to verify technical data and participate in the Product & Proposal phase.

• Analyze received offers and provide technical support on commissioning activities.

• Develop and describe yard standards, ensuring quality and budget awareness.


Requirements

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field.

• Minimum five-year experience in engineering, preferably in the (petro) chemical and maritime industry.

• Strong knowledge of statutory plans, arrangements, and outfitting systems, as well as class and statutory regulations.

• Experience with class, flag, and client approval processes, including discussions with plan approval and local surveyors.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with vendors and subcontractors.

• Proficiency in 2D/3D software, such as Catia/Cadmatic, and strong problem-solving skills.

• English language proficiency, with Dutch language skills a plus.

• EU nationality.
