We are seeking a seasoned business leader to drive the growth of our Animal Nutrition business as our Global Business Director. This is a high-impact role that requires a strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen and a passion for animal nutrition.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a global growth strategy for Corbion's Animal Nutrition business, leveraging our unique expertise in fermentation and other processes.
- Manage the commercial P&L and achieve budget and strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy and market developments.
- Build a robust Animal Nutrition product portfolio by combining existing products and technology platforms with new opportunities that fit with Corbion's overall strategy and market trends.
- Establish and execute pricing strategies for relevant markets and products, ensuring optimal revenue growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth, manage new product launches, and build strong relationships with key business partners, customers, and distributors.
We are looking for a results-driven business leader with a strong track record in international B2B ingredient commercial management, preferably with a sustainability value proposition and customer-centric approach. You should have a deep understanding of animal nutrition and a passion for driving business growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key qualifications include:
- At least 15 years of experience in international B2B ingredient commercial management.
- Strong experience and affinity with animal nutrition.
- A business degree and/or a degree in Food/Feed Science or equivalent knowledge by experience.
- Impact, initiative, leadership, and a strong commercial drive.
