Supply Chain Product Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Project Manager to join our Strategic Sourcing & Procurement team at ASML. As a Product Project Manager, you will play a critical role in the introduction and industrialization of new products, ensuring seamless supply chain operations and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the supply chain introduction of new products from technical feasibility to ramp and release-for-volume, driving an integral approach on Quality, Logistics, Technology, Cost, and Sustainability (QLTCS) throughout the Product Generation Process.
- Plan and mobilize resources of the PLM project team to fulfill plans, ensuring effective coordination and execution.
- Manage supply chain requirements and deliverables through key decision gates of ASML's Product Generation Process, balancing stakeholder interests and optimizing business outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate bottlenecks, prepare decisions, and take actions to manage the critical path for time-to-market and ramp new modules and parts in our supply chain to support ASML's product roadmap.
- Drive Industrialization KPIs, including Cost of Goods, supply chain Cycle Time, supply chain Move rate capability, and Supply chain quality performance.
- Manage Non-Recurring Engineering budgets (Opex and Capex) of Strategic Sourcing & Procurement at Product Level, ensuring effective resource allocation and business growth.
- Represent all Strategic Sourcing & Procurement departments in the cross-sector Product management Team, fostering collaboration and driving business outcomes.
- MSc degree in (industrial) engineering or supply chain.
- 8-year work experience in a large organization, with 2-5 years' experience in managing new product introductions preferably in high-tech, low-volume environments.
- Experience in planning and logistic processes in a high-tech, low-volume environment.
- Experience as a project lead in a high-tech, low-volume environment (e.g., Supply Chain Engineering, Production Engineering).
- Experience in driving continuous improvement of processes.
- Pro-active analytical person, action and result oriented.
- Stakeholder management: Effectively manage stakeholders both at operational and executive levels.
- Collaborative personality able to organize cross-functional cooperation.
- Natural leader, able to lead, coach, and motivate team members.
- Strong negotiation skills for interacting with other sectors and suppliers.
- The drive, energy, and initiative to achieve continuous improvement.
- Strong business sense enabling optimal balancing of stakeholders' interests.
- Excellent professional communication in English.
