**Job Title:** Logistics Manager - Supply Chain Project Coordinator

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager - Supply Chain Project Coordinator to join our team at Yacht. As a key member of our Product Lifecycle Management department, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing logistics projects to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • **Project Planning and Coordination:** Create and maintain project plans to ensure effective logistics operations.
  • **Logistics Requirements:** Incorporate logistics requirements into design processes to ensure seamless supply chain management.
  • **Material Management:** Ensure timely availability of materials through effective order management and coordination with suppliers.
  • **Risk Analysis:** Perform risk analyses to identify and address logistics risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • **Financial Management:** Manage financial resources for packaging and customer tooling to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • **Supply Chain Optimization:** Proactively ensure materials availability by coordinating the timely delivery of raw materials and technical product drawings.
  • **Demand Planning:** Develop clear parts supply and demand schedules to ensure accurate forecasting.
  • **Communication:** Assess and communicate the impact of delayed materials on the supply chain to stakeholders.
  • **Implementation Planning:** Align and monitor implementation plans for engineering changes and their effects on material timing, cost, and quality.
  • **Process Improvement:** Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the product life cycle management department.
Requirements:
  • **Education:** MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain/Logistics.
  • **Experience:** Up to 7 years of experience in planning, logistics processes, and quality in a high-tech, low-volume environment, including the introduction of new products.
  • **Project Engineering:** Experience as a project engineer in a high-tech, low-volume setting like supply chain engineering or production engineering.
  • **Process Development:** Knowledge and experience in process development and IT-driven process automation.
  • **Results-Driven:** Proven track record of driving enhancements within the supply chain.

  • **Accountability:** Ability to ensure accountability and drive results.
  • **Planning:** Excellent planning and alignment capabilities.
Working Environment:

As a Logistics Manager - Supply Chain Project Coordinator, you will be part of a team of project coordinators working closely with stakeholders from R&D and supply chain management. You will participate in various types of meetings, including development and engineering project meetings, calls with suppliers, and alignment meetings with system integration and production planning teams.

**Stakeholders:** You will work closely with various stakeholders, including team leaders, project managers, R&D project managers, manufacturing engineers, customer support engineers, sourcing leads, logistics managers, field modification planners, and other relevant stakeholders.
