Job Overview

As a key member of the HR Support Services Division at CS GROUP, you will be entrusted with a variety of essential responsibilities:

  • Staff Administration and Payroll Management:
    - Drafting employment contracts upon successful candidate selection;
    - Facilitating the onboarding process, including payroll setup for new hires;
    - Managing contracts and organizational roles throughout the employment lifecycle, including extensions and reassignments;
    - Conducting both ad-hoc and routine verification of employee entitlements, particularly for complex allowance cases;
    - Inputting payroll data for salaries and allowances, as well as calculating one-off payments such as unused leave;
    - Performing thorough monthly payroll audits to meet external audit standards;
    - Establishing and maintaining structured payroll verification processes across the organization;
    - Supporting the Head of Service in liaising with external payroll service providers;
    - Overseeing time and leave management.
  • Analytics, Efficiency, and Digital Transformation:
    - Utilizing the SAP SuccessFactors reporting module to create real-time analyses that enhance operational efficiency;
    - Developing detailed requirements for IT to advance the digitalization of HR processes using SAP SuccessFactors, and managing subsequent minor IT projects;
    - Contributing to the Division's strategy for digitalization and efficiency by facilitating structured feedback sessions with the team to identify actionable improvements.
  • Recruitment Support:
    - Managing standardized communication with potential candidates across the organization, primarily through the recruitment mailbox;
    - Preparing and posting Job Requisitions via SAP SuccessFactors;
    - Conducting initial screenings of applications based on established criteria such as gender, nationality, and educational background;
    - Coordinating job interviews, predominantly online, and following up with interview panels;
    - Managing candidates through the SAP SuccessFactors pipeline from application to hiring;
    - Engaging in specific communications with candidates;
    - Arranging pre-employment security checks for selected candidates;
    - Initiating services from third-party suppliers as needed;
    - Conducting basic HR-related onboarding for new employees.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Public Administration, Information Technology, Applied Economics, or a related field;
  • Relevant experience in recruitment or HR administration, ideally within an international context;
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems;
  • Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment;
  • Strong attention to detail, numerical aptitude, and proactive follow-up skills;
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality;
  • Understanding of HR-related legal texts is advantageous;
  • Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus.
