Job Title: Sales Trader for Renewable EnergyWe are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Trader to join our expanding sales trading team in Amsterdam. As a Sales Trader, you will play a crucial role in building your own client portfolio and providing strategic trade solutions to support your clients in meeting their environmental compliance objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively build your client portfolio through direct prospecting and networking;
- Communicate with clients to understand their business needs and identify trade opportunities;
- Provide daily pricing and insights to market actors through messaging systems;
- Monitor markets and stay updated on financial news and developments;
- Stay informed about the products being traded and current on new products and procedures;
- Be responsible for achieving your own revenue target;
- Promote OTC Flow's services to increase the company's market share.
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field;
- 0-2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or similar client-facing roles;
- Full professional proficiency in Polish; excellent communication in English is required;
- Proactive, resilient, and ambitious;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; cold calling experience is a plus;
- Commercial attitude and entrepreneurial spirit;
- Firm interest in financial markets and commodities;
- Dedicated to achieving high targets early in your professional career;
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment.
