As an integral part of our team at Applied Medical, the Senior Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our internal processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Documenting administration tasks as per our internal processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, preparing itineraries, and planning logistics to meet our team's needs.
  • Maintaining and updating product-related collateral and congress materials, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Supporting the organization of meetings with relevant stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Updating and maintaining shared locations and communication channels, such as folder structures, OneNote, and Teams channels.
  • Providing administrative support for organization-wide projects as needed.

What we're looking for in a candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree level or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar or related role.
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows-based computer applications, such as SAP or PLM.
  • Experience working in an international and multidisciplinary environment is an advantage.
