We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our Global Enablement Team at ServiceNow. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing key sales skills and competencies for our sellers and field representatives.
Key Responsibilities- Trusted Enablement Business Partner: Proactively engage with sales leaders and sellers to identify, prioritize, develop, and execute a quarterly enablement plan.
- Enablement Program Development: Identify gaps in knowledge and processes and work with necessary managers and directors to ensure rapid deployment of training and tools needed to address.
- Sales Enablement Support: Provide sellers with relevant knowledge, skills, and tools to achieve sales objectives/priorities.
- Enablement Research and Discovery: Run effective enablement research and discovery to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted enablement programs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the broader enablement team and subject matter experts on enablement programs, content, curriculum, deployment, and metrics.
- Enablement Portfolio Management: Manage and communicate enablement portfolio including, launches, updates, and success metrics.
- Education: Bachelor's / Master's degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 5+ years in sales enablement and 5+ years in sales or supporting sales roles.
- Skills: Ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders, manage stakeholder partnerships, demonstrate leadership and collaborate across all levels of the organization, excellent communication and facilitation skills, and ability to remain agile in a changing and fast-paced environment.
