Functie

Bij ons opdrachtgever ben jij verantwoordelijk voor twee hoofdtaken. Enerzijds kijk je op tactisch en strategisch vlak naar de afdeling, de groei in zowel kwaliteit als kwantiteit én begeleid je een groep van ongeveer 20/25 projectmanagers in de initiatie-, ontwerp- en realisatiefase. Anderzijds ben jij actief als Senior Projectmanager voor de complexe bouwprojecten binnen de organisatie.

Als Teamlead Building & Real Estate krijg jij de leiding over een 20-tal collega's waarin je wordt uitgedaagd om je skills, kennis en capaciteiten in te zetten. Je wordt onderdeel van een groeiende en ambitieuze organisatie. Daarnaast ontvang jij het volgende:

  • Startsalaris van €5.500,- tot €6.500,- bruto per maand;
  • Leaseauto, telefoon en laptop;
  • Bonusregeling, afhankelijk van resultaat;

Profiel en vaardigheden

Bij ons opdrachtgever beschik jij over leidinggevende ervaring in de bouw. Dit kan zijn bij een aannemer of ontwikkelaar, maar ook een ander adviesbureau of opdrachtgever behoort tot de mogelijkheden. Je bent benaderbaar en beschikt over leiderschapskwaliteiten. In je werkomgeving ben jij klantgericht, resultaatgericht en zie jij kansen voor de organisatie.
