We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Specialist to join our team at ABN AMRO Bank. As a Business Process Enabler, you will play a central role in delivering value through the execution of the Data Issue Management process.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business lines to ensure alignment with central priorities and initiatives are delivered on time to expected quality standards.
- Create insights for reporting to senior management, ensuring clear progress updates and relevant overviews of status, impediments, and dependencies.
- Challenge stakeholders to identify risks and impediments, helping them determine and execute mitigating actions.
- Enable communication between requesting and delivering parties to ensure priorities/requirements are aligned.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives in the team.
- Facilitate workshops and knowledge sessions to drive process efficiency and effectiveness.
As a member of our Data Issue Management team, you will be part of a growing team of professionals responsible for the Data Quality Issue Management process within Central Data Office (CDO). Our team aims to help the bank control its Data Quality by creating transparency, letting parties take accountability in solving issues, making the process more efficient, and creating the right insights to enable correct decision-making.

- You are a natural team player with a proactive and accountable mindset.
- You have 3+ years of experience and work and reason at a university level.
- A gross monthly salary based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
- A Benefit Budget of 11% of your salary, allowing you to acquire additional employment benefits.
- Five weeks of vacation per year, with the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
- A Personal Development Budget of €1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to €3,000.
