At Hyatt Corporation, we are seeking a skilled F&B Server to join our team at the Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and preferences in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that all menu items are accurately prepared and presented, and that all food and beverage orders are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives, and to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the hospitality industry.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience working in the hospitality industry, ideally in a similar position within a reputable restaurant or luxurious hotel.
  • A degree in Hospitality or Tourism is highly preferred, or equivalent training or experience.
  • Enthusiasm, motivation and a hands-on mentality.
  • A love for Amsterdam, and an international state of mind.
  • Great language and communication skills in English and, preferably, in Dutch.
  • Legally allowed to work in the Netherlands, holding an EU/EEA passport or a valid work permit for the country.
