We're looking for a dynamic Food and Beverage Intern to join our team at Lotti's, a bustling neighbourhood restaurant in Amsterdam. As a key member of our crew, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our vibrant restaurant and bar.

What You'll Do...
  • You'll be the first face our guests see, making them feel welcome and their stay special – the Hox way.
  • You'll deal with the coming and going of guests, ensuring all bills are correct and contain no surprises.
  • You'll work with the barback team to keep things running smoothly and tidily.
  • You'll set up and prepare the bar for service.
  • You'll collaborate with all teams to ensure we're always busy and support our Restaurant & Bar Manager with any requests.
  • You'll create a range of drinks, from soft beverages to expertly crafted cocktails that change with the seasons.
