Front Office Internship Opportunity

About the Role:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Actively listen to guests' needs and concerns, and provide solutions and recommendations to exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Front of House team to improve services and create a positive guest experience.
  • Develop strong communication and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills in the hospitality industry.
