Front Office Receptionist Job Description

At Aimbridge Hospitality, we are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
  • Keep the Front Office Supervisor informed of any relevant feedback from guests and other departments.
  • Answer all guest inquiries and questions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare the arrivals of the day and assist colleagues with tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and living through our brand standards.
  • Personality and a real flair for hospitality (we prioritize personality over experience).
  • Proactive, service-minded worker who enjoys taking on responsibilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in English, with a good understanding of Dutch. Other languages are a huge plus.
  • Experience with Opera Cloud is preferred, but we are willing to teach fast learners.
