Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and flexible Front Office Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing reservations, and handling administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage reservations, including checking-in and checking-out guests, and handling any room assignments or changes.
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with cleaning tasks, ensuring that the reception area and surrounding areas are kept tidy and organized.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. You will also need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
