Front Office Receptionist Job Description

At our hotel, part of the Accor hotel chain, we are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to join our team. As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth check-in/out process for all.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth check-in/out process for all.
  • Keep the Front Office Supervisor fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and other departments.
  • Answer all guest inquiries and questions.
  • Prepare the arrivals of the day and assist your colleagues with tasks.
Requirements:
  • Passion for providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards.
  • Personality and a real flair for hospitality (we prioritize personality over experience).
  • Proactive, service-minded worker who enjoys taking on responsibilities.
  • Ability to work in a busy environment.
  • Proficient in English, with a good understanding of Dutch. Other languages are a huge plus.
  • Experience with Opera Cloud is preferred, but we are willing to teach fast learners.
