Front Office Internship Opportunity

Park Plaza Vondelpark is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Front Office team as an Intern. As a Front Office Intern, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, resolving any issues that may arise
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic knowledge of hospitality operations and procedures
  • Ability to learn and take direction
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
