As an intern in the Services Center of Excellence, you will have the opportunity to work with a fast-paced global business transformation team that influences the way Philips works with its customers.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for supporting release lifecycle activities, planning key events and activities, managing agendas and calendars, updating Azure test-cases and dashboards, and supporting project and activity progress tracking.
Key Responsibilities- Support release lifecycle activities such as template validations, requirement management, and UAT.
- Plan key events and activities.
- Manage agendas, calendars, and invitations.
- Update Azure test-cases, dashboards, and queries.
- Support tracking and reporting project and activity progress.
- Participate in and support key business improvement initiatives.
- Support Communities of Practice, Change Management, and Training initiatives.
- Support Business Process Experts in preparing training and process documents.
- Support functions such as Q&R with quality and regulatory documents.
- Prepare various reports and dashboards as demanded by the business.
You will be joining the Services and Solutions Transformation Office, a team bringing together all Services & Solution Delivery (S&SD) related projects under a coordinated portfolio. You will work with a highly motivated, experienced, and dedicated global team, frequently working with different countries, cultures, and time zones.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Technical, or Computer Science, with good exposure to computers and experience using Microsoft suites (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
Intern Remuneration Package- Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level and relocation needs.
- Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300,- net for Amsterdam and €255,- net for other Philips locations.
- Travel compensation, if not eligible for a free public transport card, max. €192,- net.
- Paid holidays per internship term.
- The opportunity to buy Philips products at our Philips shop.
