Job Title: Front Desk Specialist

About the Role:

The Front Desk Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotels' front desk operations. This includes coordinating projects and initiatives, boosting guest satisfaction, and documenting best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the front desk operations by setting up hotels with a smooth, efficient, and effective front desk operation combining personalized service with technology.
  • Establish and conduct relevant front of house trainings and support hotel teams.
  • Draft new and review/update existing FOH processes, standards, and procedures as required.
  • Review guest feedback and initiate, coordinate, and support initiatives to boost guest satisfaction and guest experience.
  • Support the launch and process implementations of operational projects.
  • Document best practices and ensure they are known with relevant stakeholders.
  • Keep close contact with area managers and share challenges and opportunities with relevant stakeholders.
  • Perform operational front desk audits on site.

  • Self-motivated, team player, positive influencer.
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Self-disciplined approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Engaging relationship builder and able to interact with different stakeholders.
  • Experience in hospitality and front office and guest services operations background.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Bachelor degree in hospitality.
  • Previous experience in hospitality preferred.
  • Able to work in different countries, adaptable to local customs and cultures.

Locations/Hours:

  • This position will be based in the Voorschoten Support Office and requires regular travel to individual hotels in Europe and the US.
  • This is a full-time position with hybrid working possible.
