Technical Services Coordinator

Join a dynamic team at one of the largest hotel properties in the BeNeLux region, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational excellence of our facilities. Our establishment, a 4-star hotel, is currently undergoing an exciting transformation as we prepare to rebrand as part of the Hilton Family.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of equipment and installations.
  • Address various technical issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Utilize your experience in a similar role to enhance our service delivery.
  • Communicate fluently in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus but not required.
  • Be flexible with your schedule, including availability for shifts on weekends and holidays.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
  • Hold a valid work permit for the Netherlands if applicable.

Your Expectations:

  • Ensure all equipment and installations operate according to established standards.
  • Conduct regular maintenance on equipment, installations, and the property.
  • Identify and resolve defects in guest rooms and common areas.
  • Proactively signal and rectify malfunctions.
  • Provide recommendations for equipment replacements when necessary.
  • Maintain an updated inventory of spare parts.
  • Monitor and control maintenance expenditures.
  • Be prepared to fulfill on-call duties as needed.
