We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Engagement Specialist to join our team at The Social Hub Eindhoven

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for actively connecting our semester, co-working, hotel, and extended stay community.

This includes helping with the setup of ongoing programs of events with and for our internal community.

You will be the go-to contact person in terms of events and community activations, building and maintaining relations with partners to fill our annual calendar with on-trend and on-topic recurring events that appeal to our community.

You will also host and engage with our local student ambassadors on a regular basis.

Additionally, you will create collect and deliver digital content based on marketing briefings (formats include text, video, and images).

Furthermore, you will own and manage the local TSH social channels and operate them within brand guidelines.

Lastly, you will attend and be an essential part of local network events.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled in a university and has an outgoing and confident personality.

You should be able to kill it in front of an audience and have a natural interest and love to be around and with people.

You should also be professional and responsible enough to work independently in a fast-paced sometimes chaotic atmosphere.

As a super social person, you should always be flexible, incredibly motivated, and never without a sense of humor.

A visionary would be great too – you already have a couple of AMAZING ideas how to grow the company's connector strategy.

You should be super communicative and have a great entrepreneurial spirit.

Being extremely calm under pressure and exceptionally organized is also a plus.

Finally, you should be fluent in English and Dutch, and knowing other languages is a bonus.
