About the Role
As an Account Manager Surgery, you'll be the face of our company in the region, building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, identifying business opportunities, and proactively looking for new possibilities. You'll analyze market trends and developments to gain a competitive advantage and introduce new products to the market.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Sales of BD's broad Surgery portfolio and innovations
- Achieve annually agreed sales targets and growth within your region
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers
- Proactive analysis of market trends and developments
- Introducing new products and handling contract negotiations
- Representation at conferences and fairs
- Maintaining the CRM tool and updating information
About You
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced sales professional with a strong track record of success in the healthcare industry. You'll have a HBO thinking and working level, 3-5 years of sales experience, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You'll be a team player with a drive to learn and share knowledge, and you'll have a good command of Microsoft Office.
