Front Office Host Opportunity

Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is seeking a Front Office Host to join our team. As a Front Office Host, you will be part of a dynamic and international team, working together to provide exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, creating a memorable experience from check-in to check-out.
  • Take ownership of handling guest complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and hotel goals.
  • Be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve guest satisfaction and hotel performance.

We Offer

  • A 0-hour contract, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

  • Discounted room rates and complimentary room nights within the Hyatt hotel network.
  • A salary according to the Dutch Labor Agreement of Hospitality (Horeca CAO), 8% vacation allowance, and travel allowance.

Requirements

  • A European passport or Dutch working permit.
  • Fluency in English and strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer-oriented job.
  • Familiarity with OPERA and/or Micros.
