Key ResponsibilitiesIn your capacity as Lead Corporate Counsel, you will be pivotal to our business's success. Your primary duties will include overseeing client portfolios and advising them on international structuring.
Your daily activities will involve engaging in a variety of dynamic and diverse projects, such as:
- Collaborating closely with clients to design their leasing, financing, securitization, bond issuance, holding structures, and private equity funds, along with corporate governance matters.
- Navigating clients through intricate legal challenges.
- Working in partnership with colleagues in the Finance department.
- Ensuring the maintenance of precise legal documentation.
- Actively contributing to the growth and marketing of our services.
- Being an integral part of our team and helping to uphold our esteemed reputation as a premier provider of trust and corporate services.
- Mentoring and coaching mid-level and junior team members.

- A Master's degree in (Dutch) corporate, fiscal, private, or notary law, with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience.

- Demonstrated experience in the financial services sector.
