Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our Acute Monitoring team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our Advanced Critical Care products to hospitals and healthcare professionals in the West-Netherlands region. Your primary goal will be to address market access barriers, accelerate adoption of new technologies, and expand utilization for consumables/sensors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales growth and meet customer needs.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, including hospital administrators, clinicians, and purchasing managers.
  • Provide clinical value selling and product demonstrations to customers.
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships, including handling complaints and back orders.
  • Collaborate with the Acute Monitoring team, Sales Account Manager, and Inside Sales team to maximize business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; solid medical background is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability in sales and business growth.
  • Demonstrated track record of commercial experience (3 to 5 years), preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft packages and proficiency in using modern multi-media tools, sales systems, and CRM.
  • A full clean driving license.
