The Role

We are currently seeking a Digital Business Solutions Expert who has a passion for helping Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, and Chemical companies achieve their business vision. As a member of our Veeva Vault Solution Consulting team, you will collaborate with Account Partners to understand customers' business needs and provide value-based product demonstrations of Veeva Vault applications. Your contribution will be critical in developing a technical sales strategy to support Veeva as it expands its market share in these new industries.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify customer challenges and objectives and demonstrate solutions that address these requirements and bring business value to the organization
  • Communicate product knowledge and industry expertise to customers
  • Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle for all product- and technology-related inquiries
  • Assist the sales support team in preparing compelling, professional content for RFP and RFI responses for prospective clients
  • Support marketing initiatives and represent the company at key events


Requirements:

We seek candidates with 2+ years of experience in the quality, content management or related enterprise software space. You should possess excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. A driven self-starter with the ability to work independently is essential. Fluency in English is required, and willingness to travel up to 10% within the EU is necessary.

Nice to Have:
  • Prior experience in Pre-Sales / Solution Engineering or Consulting demonstrating software experience
  • Experience working with SaaS or regulated systems such as Veeva Vault, Tracegains, Intelex, Service Now, Sales Force, Open Text, Alfresco, or Documentum
  • Experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods, Food & Beverage, or Chemical industries
  • Fluency in multiple European languages (German, French, or Spanish) in addition to English


Estimated Salary Range: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
