Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a highly motivated Food and Beverage Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our hospitality operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service experiences to our guests across various F&B departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, conferences, and banquets
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
  • Work closely with kitchen staff, stewarding, and front office teams to maintain seamless operations
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and identify areas for enhancement

Requirements:

  • CURRENTLY STUDYING A COURSE IN HOSPITALITY/ HOTEL/ RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT AND THE INTERNSHIP IS A REQUIREMENT FROM YOUR SCHOOL
  • Naturally curious and willing to learn
  • Proactive and enthusiastic
