Job Description

As a Food & Beverage Management Intern, you will be responsible for overseeing various operational tasks in our outlets, including the rooftop destination restaurant Selva and the cocktail bar Sonora. Your duties will include supporting in the outlets when busy, learning how the outlets work operationally on a day-to-day basis, and assisting with administrative tasks such as schedule-making and inventory control.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You should be currently enrolled in Bachelor's/Masters of hospitality management and this internship is required by your school.
  • A perfect command of English is essential for effective communication with guests and colleagues.
  • You must be able to work independently as well as in a team and possess a guest-oriented and collegial attitude.
  • Stress resistance, good communication skills, and flexibility in terms of working hours and work pressure are also crucial.
