About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team at HITEC Power Protection. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a single point of contact for our customers, building and maintaining long-term value-based relationships.
- Explore and develop new opportunities to extend the scope of HITEC services.
- Negotiate and coordinate the execution of services with customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure technical and commercial feasibility, quality, and progress.
- Support customers with commercial activities and services, including spare parts, shop overhauls, and incident management.
- Discuss progress and quality with the Service Manager EMEA.
- Provide reliable financial forecasts to the business for your accounts.
- Visit customers regularly to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
- Own the process from offering to invoicing and reporting in the service team.
- Coordinate required support for customers in case of technical issues, rollouts, etc.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of customer success and business growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and develop new opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
