We are seeking a skilled Transport Planner to join our team at Euro Pool Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for executing network planning to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation solutions for our interregional transport across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute network planning to optimize transportation solutions
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation
* Develop and implement operational plans based on forecasts and stock levels
* Monitor market prices and trends to identify cost-saving alternatives
* Establish and maintain relationships with transporters and logistics providers
Requirements
* Higher professional education (HBO/Bachelor) level of work and thinking in Logistics
* Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related environment (international freight forwarding or supply or demand cross regional challenges)
* Proficient IT skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel and SAP
* Proficiency in English, spoken and written
