We zoeken een ervaren manager in het publieke domein/communicatie voor een tijdelijke rol van 40 uur per week tot september 2025. Je werkt vanuit ons Europees hoofdkantoor in Hilversum.

Wie je bent

We zoeken iemand met de volgende ervaring en kennis:

  • 5-8 jaar professionele ervaring in hoge profiel communicatie- of public relationsrollen bij globale sport- of hoge profiel organisaties;
  • Provene vaardigheid om en te embedden verhalende storytelling in dagelijkse media relaties storytelling en te verhogen intern en extern;
  • Succesvolle ervaring in het effectief werken en influenceren van stakeholders om strategieën te leiden en te rijden;
  • Relevante interne communicatie- en/of verandering management ervaring met business-partnerende activiteiten over stakeholders;
  • Diepe kennis van zowel de evoluerende consument communicatie omgeving als digitale landschap;
  • Sterk geschreven en gesproken Engels vereist, basis geschreven en gesproken Nederlands vereist;
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Office Suite, in het bijzonder Powerpoint, Keynote voorkeur;
  • Kennis van/ervaring in detailhandel voorkeur, ervaring met het werken aan hoge profiel consument merken voorkeur.

Wat je doet

Je werkt voornamelijk aan Employee Communications (60%) en Corporate Communications (40%). Hieronder vind je enkele van je taken:

  • Steun de EMEA Employee Communications team, samenwerken met lokale, geo en globale tegenhangers om strategische communicatieplannen te rijden die werknemers inspireren en betrekken bij Nike's doelstellingen en merk;
  • Ontwerp en implementeer eind-tot-eind werknemer eerste campagnes die werknemers op creatieve nieuwe manieren bereiken, leiderschap activeren waar nodig en kansen maximaliseren voor impact;
  • Door middel van creatieve storytelling en innovatieve strategieën, verbinding maken met moeilijk bereikbare doelgroepen over onze EMEA geo;
  • Samenwerken met cross-functionele werknemer ervaring partners om verandering communicatie projecten te beheren, communicatie content ontwikkelen en verfijnen, en een consistent stem over werknemer communicatie te waarborgen;
  • Steun de EMEA Corporate Narrative team, samenwerken met geo en globale corporate narrative teams om een uitgesproken impact te leveren rondom sleutel EMEA narrative eigenschappen;
  • Projecten beheren die ondersteuning bieden aan Nike's voormalige oostelijke gebieden steden, waaronder Istanbul, Johannesburg en Moskou, Nike's operaties in Tel Aviv en Gdansk, en Nike's Distributeur teams om een uitgesproken impact te leveren rondom sleutel narrative eigenschappen;
  • Media relaties beheren gerelateerd aan Nike's aanwezigheid in Nederland en zijn Europees hoofdkantoor in Hilversum.

Waar je werkt

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Employee Communications & Experience Director en Corporate Narrative en Enterprise Communications Director.

Je werkt samen met Employee Communications teamleden, Corporate Narrative teamleden, Communicatie tegenhangers, Media/Platforms en agent partners.
