Senior Business Growth Manager

Fineline Global is a leading international sales company in the semiconductor industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Growth Manager to join our team.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities in the field of ATE boards.
- Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships in the semiconductor industry.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to expand our presence in new markets and target customers in Europe.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous product improvement.
- Participating in industry events and trade fairs for networking and market analysis.
Key qualifications for this position include:
- University degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in technical purchasing or sales, ideally in the semiconductor industry.
- Sound knowledge of PCB technology and ATE boards.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Independent and goal-oriented work style.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly throughout Europe.
- Fluency in English.
